Tabasco needed to gain excitement during the Holidays and get into your mouths during the Super Bowl in February. Dip Envy is what happens when you show up to a party with a phenomenal dip that leaves other dips untouched. Your dip bowl is scraped clean before anyone has even touched the hummus.
Facebook and Instagram drove shoppers to stores. Displays and recipe booklets announced the promotion and invited shoppers to enter their best dip recipe online.
To spread the envy, we developed a digital voting experience where amateur dip chefs entered their recipe using any Tabasco and Hidden Valley dip mix. Friends were invited to vote on Facebook to decide which dip would win the prize of $5,000, some bragging rights and a serious case of dip envy.
